 I have been in the real estate business since I graduated law school in 1976. I have represented home buyers as lawyer and more recently as broker realtor. Your inspection was by far the most thorough inspection I’ve ever been to. Other inspectors go through the list but you went a few steps beyond even testing the temperature of the water. For a buyer who wants to know what they are buying as opposed to just looking for things wrong there is no one else who comes close. This was my third inspection you did for one of my customers. The next one will be on my recommendation unless the buyer already knows about you like this one did

I did my first home inspection with William Basch 11 years ago when he worked for another company. When it was time to buy a house again I googled and searched for him and found out he opened his own company. I could not get William but he sent us his senior inspector Mr. John O'Keefe instead, SO grateful! After a 37 page report from John I made the best decision of my life and walked away from a home I was about to purchase that would have been a money pit. We found a second home and called for John again. Knowing that we had someone we could trust like John going through every aspect of the inspection made us comforting in moving forward with the second home. William was amazing. Available at very short notice, he arrived perfectly on time and did a very thorough inspection. He pointed out a couple of flaws in the apartment which I would've never noticed myself, and I'm glad to know about them before signing a contract. I received the inspection report (complete with photos) the same day, just a couple of hours after the inspection. Even though I got the report so fast, it was thorough and covered all the major points. I can highly recommend William and his company!!

One thing Massive Inspection Services could do to better meet my client's needs, the inspector should automatically give the printout to the client without asking if they would prefer an e-mail version. The printout and the binder are SO impressive that the company misses an opportunity to "wow" their client if they don't receive these items. The e-mail version should be used as an automatic follow-up that would again "wow" the client.

Thank you for this report and very thorough information. There seem to be many major issues with the "bones" of the house, and I do not believe the owner is willing to negotiate price. That being said, I don't feel it's a smart financial decision to go forward with the purchase knowing the costs for the structural repairs could likely become quite costly.

I am determined to find a home that is a smart purchase and investment, and I would definitely like to use your services again when the next house comes along. I will also be recommending you to friends who are searching for houses in the area as well.
